Please help me raise funds to support Direct Emergency Financial Assistance for individuals living with HIV.
IU Health LifeCare Clinic is the largest provider of HIV treatment and medical prevention services in the the state of Indiana.
LifeCare is celebrating their 30 year anniversary and has a goal for this year's AIDS Walk of 30K!
These funds DIRECTLY come back to our patients in the community in the form of our DEFA grant. Money helps patient with nutrition assistance, pharmacy assistance and access to transportation and health care.
It is a vital resource for our clients!
